Our Faculty
Two teachers, in the room together for every day of the training.
Evidential Mediumship Level 1 is taught by Dr. Rashhi Sharma and Prabhat Sharma. Both have studied mediumship in person at Arthur Findlay College and The College of Psychic Studies in the United Kingdom, and both teach throughout the programme, guiding practice, observing each student and giving individual feedback.
Founder & Lead Trainer
Dr. Rashhi Sharma, PhD
She leads the School's curriculum and teaches throughout every day of Level 1.
Dr. Rashhi Sharma is the founder of Soul Consciousness Lab® and of The School of Mediumship. Her mediumship development includes in-person study at Arthur Findlay College and The College of Psychic Studies in the United Kingdom, and with Suzanne Giesemann in the United States.
Before founding the School, she spent more than fifteen years in professional practice and teaching in hypnotherapy, regression and consciousness studies. That experience shapes how she teaches mediumship: through direct practice, careful observation and honest feedback, with particular attention to the quality of evidence and the care of the sitter.

Trainer
Prabhat Sharma
He teaches alongside Dr. Rashhi throughout Level 1, guiding practice and giving individual feedback.
Prabhat's connection with spirit began in early childhood. While his mother held shamanic and past life regression sessions at home, he would quietly describe the guides and spirit visitors he sensed in the room, as naturally as other children spoke about their neighbours. He also had vivid dreams that felt prophetic, carrying messages he was too young to fully understand. These experiences were never forced or hurried; he was given space to explore them in his own time.
He has since studied mediumship in person at Arthur Findlay College and The College of Psychic Studies in the United Kingdom, trained in past life regression and shamanism, and qualified as a certified hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). At Soul Consciousness Lab® he co-trains with Dr. Rashhi Sharma on the Past Life Regression, NGH hypnotherapy and Shamanism trainings, and he independently teaches and facilitates sound healing.
A world traveller, Prabhat brings curiosity and openness to the places, people and traditions he encounters. His interest in both spiritual practice and the science of consciousness brings a younger generation's perspective to his work.
Today he brings a quiet, grounded presence to his teaching, co-teaching alongside Dr. Rashhi Sharma at The School of Mediumship.

Qualifications and training
Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) in 2022. Advanced training in Past Life Regression and transpersonal methods under Dr. Rashhi Sharma; Shamanic Studies through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS); and sound-based training in Thailand in 2025. He is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
